All customers must adhere to the following booking policy when booking an appointment

Payment
Showing up late
Extra guest

Payment methods of cash or card are acceptable

All appointments have a 10 minute grace period

If a customer is 15 minutes late to the appointment than they will be charged a $10 late fee

If a customer is 20 minutes late, than their appointment will be cancelled

Please consult with me before bringing a guest

Caretakers/Assistants are always welcomed

No small children allowed

If you'd like to change your appointment or possibly come in early/late, please let me know ahead of time and I will see if that option is available

Please consult with me before making any cancellations and provide a reason for the decision. I am always open to understanding any issues that may arise and appreciate clear communication.

No call and no shows will be banned from booking future appointments
